I actualy feel bad for Tim though. He was brought here to do something that he does not have the skill set for. Tim is not instant offense, he isnt that type of player. If anyone watched him last year they would see that. It took 15 bad passes to get that one big play, it took several runs for no gain, to get that 20 yard run. It was a poorly conceived plan by the Jets to put him in that position.

With Tebow, it's more about play design. He's not a fast RB who's just going to go out there and run circles around guys.
If you will, take the best RB in the NFL, line him up behind the QB, snap the ball, run a toss sweep to the right with minimal blocking. Guess what's going to happen ? The RB is going to get stuffed on 9 out of 10 plays, probably even for a loss on most of them.
Whether you want to run a speed option play, a double option, read option, or just run QB Power, it still requires blocking up front at the point of attack, and that requires decent play design and blocking schemes, which is something that this coaching staff doesn't seem to have the ability to create.
It's not just about Tebow either, the same problems affects all of our other RBs, including Shonn Greene.
