I agree with most of your post.
McElroy's smarts could be just what this no talent offence needs. Minimize the turnovers, and mistakes. Ground and pound and let the kid manage the playing field. I don't think this kid is going to be the teams savior, but if he isn't the teams achillies heel, well then he is one step ahead of Sanchez.
Tebow is a different type of QB, and does not fit this system. I don't think he starts, because thats what Rex believes too. I'd even bet that if Tebow dressed today, that Mark would've finished the game. This move today proves even more so that the Tebow move came from Woody.
