Looking back, we are now paying the price for Gholston and Sanchez. When you miss that high it is usually felt earlier. But we had such a good roster in 2008-2010 that we were able to overcome it for a brief time.

Correct, which is why I dont equate trading the pick for a player. Not only did you give up a high pick, you also had to give big money to retain him.
