Listen, i dont think they are the greatest evaluators of talent, but they sure know more about talent than any Joe Schmo off the street. If my Doctor tells me whats best for me, im going to believe him and do what he says. Im not gonna come on here and debate with others that he is wrong or there is a better idea.

Dude, you are talking about a coaching staff that seemed content with Wayne Hunter at RT. You are talking about a coaching staff who still seems to believe that Shonn Greene is the best RB on our roster. You are talking about a coaching staff who believes that Bart Scott should get a lot of playing time.
There's plenty of evidence to suggest that this coaching staff has little to no ability to recognize talent and make the correct personnel decisions.
