We never played Tebow nearly enough or gave him the ball enough, we used the Wildcat less than any year in recent memory despite having an O-Co who ran the **** out of it in Miami, and totally dropped the ball on designing anything like an offense system/scheme that could make use of Tebow's obvious talents while supporting the failure that is Mark Sanchez.
The failure to actually use Tebow at all, even in teh face of a clearly failing Sanchez, is the best evidence available that the Tebow aquisition was not supported by Rex or Sparano, and was instead pushed on them by either Tanny or Woody ro some combination of the two.

Absolutely. If Rex wanted Tebow here, he would have replaced Sanchez a long time ago.
Tanny and/or Woody are more to blame for the failure that is this season than anyone else. Rex has to stick with a struggling QB because he can't replace him with the guy he wants. His hands are tied.
Even the whole "we dressed Tebow to play in garbage time" screams of a decision forced upon him by people above who care more about P.R. than winning football. No head coach thinks about pleasing the fans of the opposing team. It's his job to ruin their day.
The fact that Rex finally benched Sanchez when Tebow was out spoke volumes.
