I don't totally hate the idea..
If they used the same formula they did in the Super Bowl tournament in 1982..
Just have two conferences..
one seed plays the eight seed.
two seed plays the seventh seed..
ect. ect.
Use brackets.. You can even make the argument for no out of conference games and it would bring more value to the Super Bowl..
What I don't like about it is it seem automatic that a six and ten team can make it and that would suck..
anyway I can take it or leave it.. But I can see some excitement in it..
