Although I can't quantify it, the following actually happened: Back in the late 70s or early 80s, my brother and I were watching a Bronco's game on Monday Night Football. Toward the end of the third quarter, out of nowhere, a graphic flashes on the screen with the names of the two teams and a final score. Literally, it appeared for one or two seconds before going back to the game.
We both looked at each other and wondered WTF that meant. Guess what? It wound up being the game's final score. Coincidence? You decide. But after that moment, I have always believed the NFL, at least in part, is rigged.
