I know that. My point is that I see people using that fact as justification to make any of the following statements:
1) Mangini is responsible for the Jets' success.
2) Mangini is responsible for the Jets' shortcomings.
3) Tanny is responsible for the Jets' success.
4) Tanny is responsible for the Jets' shortcomings.
5) Ryan is responsible for the Jets' success.
6) Ryan is responsible for the Jets' shortcomings.
They will blame or applaud whoever is convenient to their particular argument. It makes me laugh.
