OT: Have you seen Rex and Mark talking EVER on the sideline this season? Maybe i missed it.
I know the OC is the go to guy for the QB, but in certain situations, i think Rex needs to be in there pushing his agenda.....he is just nowhere near the Offensive side of the ball that ive seen, and its concerning.
Such a good Defensive coach though.

I saw Rex come into an offensive huddle pre-drive and give Sanchez a slap on the ass last night. Trust me they are talking. I bet this week when Ryan sits down with Sanchez and tells him he is not starting, and they start discussing the harsh things coming in the future, it will be the hardest thing that Rex has had to do as a head coach. Rex thinks the world of Sanchez, he always had, thats why he has given him so much leash.
