Vitt IMO will be the top guy teams should go for as a HC. They where 2-4 when he came in and has a shot at being 6-4 as a coach loosing to all good teams. Beat some good team along the way as well. I'd take him over Coward, Gruden, Kelly, or Reid right now. I bet he ends up in Dallas.
