+1 mr.t can give different salary/conract structures to the new gm then its up to new gm decide if hes going to give a sanchez like extension to someone or think better for the future of the franchise..that will be the main difference..new gm calls the shots..like parcells did when mr.t came up w poison pill contract for curtis martin...it can work...theres no football ego here mr.t IS NOT A FOOTBALL GUY!!!
