What makes DeCosta one of the strongest personnel executives is due to his extensive pro and college scouting background, which spans over 16 years. And he has worked alongside of Newsome for many seasons. It also doesn’t hurt that DeCosta has been part of one of the NFL’s most successful scouting departments in regard to the NFL Draft for many years.

So I've seen many on here approve of DeCosta, but rudely disapprove of Clinkscales. Yet, they both seem to have similar resumes and strengths in their background, so why are so many against a possible Clinkscales hire?
