Luck has nothing to do with it.
Landry was on the soon-to-be-out-of-the-League train due to endless injuries and dissapointment.
We gave him a shot, because he was cheap and available. Shots like that are almost always one-year-deals.
If any criticism exists, it's that Tanny didn't see the future, and try and get him to sign an extention early in this season. But then again, Landy could then have got hurt (as he always has) the very next day, and we'd be here *****ing about that too.
Anyone signing Landry next year, us or others, is taking a big risk. He can be very good, but he's also an egg that will break again at some point.
