My Niece's husband is in the Tree's biz in FL and according to him the worst of all his Hispanic workers are the Cubans.. He says it's something about growing up in Communist Cuba.. Oh and he's Cuban..
Your right about the American work ethic I don't think there is one anymore.. Look how many posters are at work and they are on here most of the day..
