4 through 7 it doesn't even matter, when you are rebuilding you just go BPA & let the chips fall where they may.
Maybe with a new GM that has a clue we get lucky & are able to upgrade a position & trade the guy who gets beat out.

That's pretty much what the Steelers did last year when they took DeCastro (OG) in the 1st and Mike Adams (OT) in the 2nd. They knew what their immediate needs were and went right after it in the draft. Decastro was hurt in like Week 1 I believe, so that hurt them, but their draft needs in the last draft were the same as the Jets draft needs are now.
