I think it will get fixed in a year. Look how pathetic we were this year and we were still in the playoff hunt till the last two games. Just the fact that we'll be healthy will help, then add, two new OL, 4 QBs (Sanchez, McElroy, Veteran, Draft pick) to choose from, a new RB, an additional WR. We should be OK on offense. On Defense we just need a Free Safety and OLB. Even if we plug half the holes we'll be a playoff team, if we get good QB and RB play we could go far.
It all starts with the QB.
Without an NFL-caliber starting QB, we're not going to go far. The 2014 draft has some decent potential franchise QBs.
Next year will be a wash, imo.....provided the Jets don't make the mistake picking one of the QB turds (Geno Smith/Nassib/Barkely) in the 2013 draft.
