In his 6 playoff starts, he was great in 4 of them. In the other two where he didnt play so well, he led game winning drives in the 4th quarter against the Colts and Chargers. He also had a 9-3 TD-INT ratio, a 60% completion, and a 94+ QB rating ranking top 10 all time in NFL playoff history. Sanchez is not the answer, but he is the furthest of reasons the Jets didnt advance in those 2 games.
Sanchez is a big reason for our failures the last 2 seasons, but was the reason we advanced as far as we did those 2 years.

BULLSH*T!!!
For you to give Sanchez ANY credit for those wins is MORONIC at best. Give me a f*cking break?!
The ONLY game where Sanchez was legitimately the reason why we won was the NE game.
Sanchez was along for the ride in the rest of those games. The team had a dominant OL to the point where Sanchez could STARE down his receivers and still complete the ball. That's not good QB play, I'm sorry to say. That's an after-effect of having truly dominant team at the LOS. Go back and actually WATCH the games and you'll see that Sanchez was staring down his intended receivers ALL THE TIME.
And as you might recall, being that you seem to know so much about it, in the Pitt game SANCHEZ was the reason we lost. Remember when he got stripped by a Pitt defender and returned for a TD? That made the deficit 24-0. Well, the defense as you would like to blame them, BLANKED the Pitt offense the entire 2nd half. The Jets scored 19 in the 2nd half.
SO, if Sanchez takes better care of the football, Pitt never scores that last 7 points they had. Then, the Jets score 19 in the 2nd half and win by two points? And if the defense was to blame for 24 points in the 1st half, what about Sanchez? Does he get a pass for doing absolutely NOTHING with the offense in the 1st half of that game? I think not.
Also, in the Indy game in 2009, yes the defense got gashed in the 2nd half but what about Sanchez and the offense? Was there ANY good reason why they couldn't score points against the terrible Colts D in the 2nd half? Mark Sanchez decided to take the rest of the game off, just like he did so many times before and after. Sanchez was the MOST inconsistent sh*tbag of a player I've ever seen.
Now I feel the need to ask you...
Did you really watch those games? Maybe you did, but you must've been completely blind when it came to Sanchez. His flaws, and the reason why the Jets are trying to cut him, were on full display in ALL of those playoff games.
