I watched that butt fumble and is it possible Sanchez was down by contact? He fell down with a defender wrapping his arms around Sanchez's legs. He slams down on his back then the ball comes out. If you are on you back and a defender is on your legs isn't that down by contact? The ball is on his chest with his hands around it until his back hits the ground. The defender is clearly grabbing his ankles. Of course the Pats could have only scored 45 without that.
