How's that? Manning took over a team that made the playoffs with Tim Freakin' Tebow. They even won a playoff game with Tebow. Manning made them better, sure, but who wouldn't? Denver also has one of the better defenses in the league.
AP dragged Minny (a 3-13 team last year) to 10-6 and the playoffs, and he had to come within 9 yards of breaking the record to do it.
By what argument is Manning "more valuable" to Denver than AP is to Minny?
Also, even I didn't vote for Brady, because AP is such a clear choice.
