Give Rex a GM that can help him with the offensive side of the ball. Then restock the roster with young talent. And sign that talent to contracts that's in line with their true CAP value to the team. Do this... And Rex will get Jets back again to a AFCCG...and another shot at the Supe.
Many here disagree with this. But Woody isn't clueless for wanting to implement his plan.
