I've seen nothing from him that says he's leaving Penn State. It's a bunch of media hype because the media is still very anti-Penn State after the events of late 2011-mid 2012. Penn State is still a top-tier college job, right up there with the Ohio State and Michigan jobs in the B1G. The writers all assume he isn't leaving solely because of his buy out, but I strongly believe he wants to stay for the length of his contract to see how his recruits develop, and also the fact that he has young children and a wife in State college.
