The Harris move I question, If a new coach comes in next year and wants to implement a 4-3, Harris is not a good fit and will only be able to play on running downs which are getting fewer and fewer. i don't think the 4mill in savings are worth the chance that you will have a 11mill 2 down backer on the team.
I think both the Cro and Revis deals are reasonable, and in light of Revis's injury to get that much money up front will "force" him to sign.
And remember, if you cut Sanchez you still have to replace him on the roster. your cutting two qbs they have to be replaced . The worse vet qb is going to cost you 1mill

Assuming Revis checks out OK, health-wise (and I'm cautiously optimistic he should), I would be OK with that deal. I would be very cautious, however, about extending Cro.
Cro's technique developed nicely this year. He stopped his grabbing/holding/hand checking to a large extent and got in much better position. But, his game still relies heavily on his speed - once its starts declining, his game will precipitously drop. I'm not sure that I am willing to cement him on this roster just yet for 5 years+, even if it means $5m in cap space this coming year.
I'd like to see how he and Revis play together in 13'.
