Exactly. Just because those teams have supposed 'strong upper management' has not kept them from making mistakes, but at least they are taking calculated risks. We don't need a team of choir boys. The Steelers drafted Chris Rainey just last year and already had to cut him. When they drafted Santonio, he had some off the field issues and again ran into legal issues about a month after the draft. They continue to take chances where they feel they can. Baltimore took Jimmy Smith a few years ago from Colorado who had some drug test and other issues. That hasn't worked out yet, but may in the future.

New England drafted Aaron Hernandez who had reportedly failed some drug tests in college and we know too well how that is panning out. Why should the Jets and the rest of the NFL let these types of players continue to go to these teams. Just last year, the Rams took Janoris Jenkins in the second round and that looks like a steal at this point.
