A ridiculous suit. Physical contact is an integral part of the game.
Now, if a specific team/coach taught players to lead with your head - that is a different story.
When I started playing in 9th grade ( a long time ago) we were taught to lead with the crown of the helmet on a hit. Let me assure everyone, THOSE helmets were garbage compared to current ones. We also weren't allowed to drink water during practice. Things change.
