Remind me tho, didn't he also draft Ghost, another BAP , inthe first? Seems like Mangini pretty mcuh went with consensus players in the first, and hit on many of them. But they were still consensus picks. Not exactly shocker picks who worked out.
So, outside obvious BAP #1 picks, how did Mangini "The Evaluator" do? Surelywe have a dozen+ starters from the rest of his drafts right? Kellen Clemens leading us to the Super Bowl in 2013, amirite?

My point was simply if you're going to criticize him for a 3rd round pick (Schlegel), at least give him credit for his good picks.
And it's easy to look back and say a guy was a "consensus pick." Hindsight is always 20/20. Those picks could have easily gone the other way too. Give credit where credit is due.
