Herm Lost Chad and his back up within 40 seconds and had a third string QB out there, Bollinger.
People on JI were upset with Herm that somehow Bollinger wasn't magically turned into Steve Young in that season!!!
The fact is this, Herm never missed the playoffs when he had his starting QB stay healthy!!! Never!!!
Indeed many can't forgive Herm because in Herm's last year the Jets were favored by many pundits as the SB favorite!!! And folks thought Herm should still have won with the 3rd string QB and the reamining players

Think; people are willing to give Rex more time as the HC (which I am), when Rex has presided over a starting QB, in Sanchez, who is literally worse now then before Rex and his staff was coaching him!!!
