The best example of a QB that did nothing till he got in the right system was Rich Gannon who was drafted by the Pats in the 4th rd in 1987.. The exceptions, not the rule.
There are a helluva lot more Joey Harrington's, David Carr's, Matt Leinart's and Vince Young's than there are Rich Gannon's and Jim Plunkett's.
