I'm guessing there's still a chance that the Jets and Bart Scott reach an agreement. Both sides know the Jets will cut him if they can't find a deal.
His cap deal for 2013 is $8.7M, of that Scott will count $1.5M if cut. But they could work out an agreement where he gets $4-$6M over 2 years with $2.5M guaranteed (Just a wild guess).
