That's a lot of tax!
I guess it's understandable for Depardieu. Phil Mickelson talked about leaving California because of the high taxes, though he later retracted that. I think Tiger suggested he live in Florida, where there's no state income tax. Just like Texas, no state tax here. Our governor has been traveling around California telling businesses to come to TX for lower taxes and incentives.
I just wondered why Russia. Of all the countries he could have picked, what that one?
