In general your posts are very good but if you want to stick to facts then you must post factually.
Of course the land under Met Life has more value then the land you mentioned. The truth is though that the teams got the land for free from the NJ Sports Authority, so the ticket prices the teams charge have zero to do with the land costs incurred.
