Just the same, in this TC have the CS work with him to get his throwing mechanics correct, work with him about reading defenses, looking off coverage, being able to find 2nd, 3rd, and 4th options on the field, having a pocket presence, etc.. In other words, give him all of the coaching that you would any potential QB and then let the chips fall where they may.

That would be a waste of 2.5 million dollars. You can get 3 vet minimum players for that amount. There is no benefit to keeping Tebow on this roster, NONE.
