The Mets are going to wear the '86 uniforms Saturday.
This Saturday the Mets will honor the '86 championship team by having a on field ceremony. But the coolest thing is that the Mets will be donning the exact uniforms they wore when they one. Pretty cool to see them again.

I don't know why the Mets don't wear pinstrips anymore. I think those uniforms were better then just plain white.

now that's cool. I wasn't feeling those negro league unis they wore last week, because the NY Cubans really had no connection to the NY Mets
