In all seriousness, its disgusting behavior. Voter suppression and intimidation is a much more serious and pervasive and documented phenomenon than "voter fraud" --which is pretty scarce, in terms of actual recorded instances-- and anybody engaging in it should be arrested on the spot.

In NYC there is a cop at every polling place -- probably true in Philly too. Sounds like a a typical Fox BS story. If not, arrest the guys -- however, enjoy the taste of your own medicine.
