Jets to stick with Weatherford
Didnt see this posted.
Cimini reporting that the Jets are hoping Weatherford can suck it up tomorrow with Feeley as a b/u. http://www.nydailynews.com/blogs/jets/2010/01/jets-decide-to-stand-pat-at-pu.html I've heard that the wind advisory is supposed to end at 6...ohpleaseohpleaseohplease... |

according to the latest hourlies from weather.com
winds are supposed to dip below the 20 MPH level at 6 PM which would end the advisory |

Good, this is so Jets! Northeast team, playing a PO bounf opponent, in swirling winds, needing just to control field position, has an iffy punter. As I told my wife, this is what it means to be a Jets' Fan! :D

I guess what it means to be a Jets' fan, at least a Benigno style Jets' "fan" is to always assume the worst and start moaning about it like a sick cow.
Maybe the injury is not all that bad. Maybe the guys they tried out stink worse. Maybe Feely was better than the tryouts.... sorry to interject a positive thought into the "punter crisis" pity-a thon |

I hope we never see the punter even take the field tommorow night.
I hope to see this Jets team score nothing but TD's and FG's each and every drive. A Punt? No thanks. |
