If you go by TV ratings they do. There ratings are almost always higher and that wont change until the Jets start winning on a regular basis. A Superbowl would be the biggest. I know at my job I am outnumbered by my 2 partners my boss and 2 others.

I find it amusing that all of a sudden there are questions as to who's city it is. The Giants fans could care less about the Jets all these years now we have a bit of success and they are questioning who runs the town??? Talk about insecurity!

I don't see how anyone is going to question who is favored; there are a ton of people calling the new stadium the "New Giants Stadium" for christ sake!!! I hope the Jets continue to improve and be successful so they can finally earn some respect!

As far as football goes the giants will always be the team in NY. They are what you call old money, they are one of the founding franchises. It doesnt matter how much the Jets win. Its kind of like the patriots and the red sox, the pats can win championship after championship but in the end boston is a red sox town.

Dont forget its the fans that make a team belong to a city. The Giants fanbase is much larger than the Jets fan base. its kind of like an election, the majority wins.
