The official UCONN BCS thread!!
It's amazing that they actually lost to Rutgers and Temple earlier in the season.
They've really come together and with a win against South Florida on Saturday, They'll probably play Nebraska in the Fiesta bowl on New Years day. Also, It's to bad that BC is afraid to play us... I'd love to see us kick they're a$$ all over the field!! Go UCONN!!!!! |

Randy Edsall was in some of my classes Freshman and Sophmore year.
Let's just say, he was not the brightest bulb in the closet. I am very surprised by his success, but happy for him. _ |

LOL @ UCONN in a BCS Game......Nothing against UConn as a program, but no Big East team is even close to deserving of a BCS game this season

but really its pretty awesome for a school thats been DI for less than a decade to be on the door step to a BCS bowl, no matter how flawed the system is if they win on saturday its great for the program and the university |

They are pretty average but whatever...they just earned the program about 15 million bucks and they get a shot against a powerhouse. Only bad thing would be getting rocked.
