No reason to make fun.

It's a Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, and Christmas Vacation are must-sees every year around Christmas time.

They are not up to "Top 10 of all-time" standards.

The other day they were playing Raiders and I got psyched till my wife pointed something out that ruined the whole experience forever. It's one of those things you don't notice until someone points it out then it's all you can see.

So in the spirit of Christmas and sharing:

There is music NON STOP. Once she said that, I couldn't get it out of my head. It's all I could fcuking hear. It's maddening.

The oboes..the goddamn oboes.

Next week I'll likely feel differently, but right now:

1. No Country For Old Men
2. Goodfellas
3. Nights of Cabiria
4. Raging Bull
5. The Aviator
6. The Godfather II
7. The Godfather I
8. 8 1/2
9. The Fantastic Mr. Fox
10. The Hurt Locker

I would have liked to have had room for: Ed Wood, Anchor Man, The Matrix, Cinema Paradiso, Europa, Europa, City of God, The Last Emperor, and every Wes Anderson picture among others...
