Dre Kirkpatrick arrested for marijuana possession
Per PFT. I guess it's a safe bet that he won't ace his wonderlic test.

Whoever needs a CB at the bottom of the first-round is probably very happy to see this. He will fall as a result of this.

A guy named Dre NOOO. Yep I hope he falls right to us
Really no way he gets past 12-15 range. He is my 1st choice but it will never happen. He'd be a great S in our system.

25 teams desperate for a CB pass on him because of weed. Gets taken by the Pats.

That's awesome. If the Jets could land him at 16 I'll buy the prick an ounce. Now if we can only get Kalil or Blackmon arrested for shooting someone we might have a chance of one hell of a draft.

Do you think he can make the move that rolle made to FS? He's an excellent tackler for a CB.

I have been considering this as well but it's too much of a gamble to use a rd1 pick on a player and then radically change his position. Could he do it? Yes but it would be years down the road. like Antrel Rolle. Guys usually have to bottom out at CB first.

Is this guy really that good or is his stock elevated due to the lack of high end CB's this year? If people are even talking about moving him to safety how good of a straight CB is he?

Oh and marijuana? Still? Why not get him for something a little more real like loitering? Last edited by Much ado about Nothing; 01-17-2012 at 04:55 PM. |

ravens nabbed Jimmy smith with pick #27 after he reportedly failed a weed test. smith has really come on. and kirkpatrick is probably a slightly better prospect, so he'll probably go higher than 27. dre has never had any problems (besides this) at alabama, so teams might not be so turned off by it

But a little different scenario as Kirkpatrick is actually built like a Safety. I would take Claiborne, the better playmaker over him anyway. Dudes like Janoris Jenkins are going to rise too. Yep, I can see this dickhead falling to the Pats.
