Day 2 Camp Updates

Good morning, here we go again. Post all your updates, i'll post everything I can (find)

- Landry with helmet and Kyle Wilson walking in to practice.

- Jets stretching with "Back in the New York Groove" blarin

- Jets T Jeff Otah stretching to side, still no jersey. Needs to pass physical to make trade official.

- WR Jeremy Kerley is working off to the side with rehab group. He was dealing with hamstring tightness in spring, not sure if related.

- Westhoff draws laughs/roar from crowd when he uses some of his "Hard Knocks" vocabulary to chide players for sloppy kickoff return.

- DeMario Davis taking in practice from the sidelines

Rookie free agent Marcus Dowtin working with first team kickoff return. Good sign for him.

- Landry is doing position drills today. He didn't yesterday.

- Rookie LB Demario Davis (PUP/hamstring) walking with slight limp. WR Jeremy Kerley off to side with injured players.

- Light rain at #Jets camp. Could keep crowd down a bit for first public practice. Not a bad showing so far.

- Rookie G Robert Griffin back in practice.

It amazes me that these guys that are supposed to be in such great shape get tweeked in non-contact football practices?
Unless they are told to report any & all aches & pains just so they can be cautious.

Its one thing to be in shape, and another to be in football shape. Your pushing harder and being pushed harder in camp then you would on your own. Sometime injuries happen

- Landry definitely on a pitch count. Took 2 of 6 snaps in first 11 on 11 period, rotating w Smith.
