Rid my team of his stench....

I am so done with Sanchez. I had given him every benefit of the doubt.. until this season. He has 3 years under his belt and a new OC. This season we were finally going to see some marked (pun intended) improvement. So, what does he do? He actually gets worse. I have now come to the realization that he bares the stench of a loser. There is no other explanation for the fact that he is always in the middle of the most terrible plays with game changing results and never, I mean never, makes an exceptional play.

The deniers will point to his thanksgiving stats and say they weren't bad at all. I say open your eyes. With the Jets in FG range about to make it a 7-3 or 7-7 game, he threw an Int, and the game was 14-0 before you could say "Rex is clueless". Then, on a broken play, where he is running into the line -- a place where you should securely hold the ball because you will undoubtedly get hit -- he fumbles the ball, not from a hit, but from running into the @ss of an OL. As they said on NFL Network, "he must have had his eyes closed". How many times do we have to watch this guy give away the football before realizing that this is who he IS... a Loser.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I hear the deniers whine "but Mark took the Jets to two AFCCG's how can you say he's a loser". To those I say, what 2 things do the following QB's have in common:

David Woodley
Rex Grossman
Neil O'donnell
Tony Eason
Stan Humphries

They all took their teams to the SB, and I would not want any of them as my QB. Just because Sanchez rode the fumes of success from his Mission Viejo and USC days to some early "team" success in the NFL, does not change the fact that he is a loser. Even when he is NOT having a game where he looks over-matched and bewildered (not often lately), he finds a way to give away the game with red zone int's and fumbles.

In life, Mark is a big winner... millionaire, good looking, etc.... In the NFL, he is a Loser. Please rid my team of his terrible stench. He is the Anti-Franchise. Not only does he gift wrap wins for opponents, he also somehow manages to make everyone around him play at their rock bottom worst.

The "Buttble" will surely replace "The Fumble" in NY football lore.

This morning Joe Pisarcik is smiling.

Great post, it makes me sick thinking of having to watch him play again.

Welcome aboard.

Sanchez is a bona fide loser. After watching last night's post game presser, my resentment for him has reached a personal level. He referred to his play as "unlucky".

We are the unlucky ones for having to watch him play.

"Unlucky". Not surprising. After all, isn't that the official motto of Losers everywhere.

LOL.

The scarves were meant for the fans to cover their eyes.

I admit I'm in this group. Last night for the first time ever I couldn't watch that second half. I've never been so embarrassed to be a Jets fan. Problem gets even worse considering Woody doesn't have enough hair in balls to completely overhaul the front office, scouts and coaching.
