McElroy, no question.

A new QB is the spark this team needs to run the table and have a chance at the playoffs.

Sh*t! I pressed the wrong button. I meant to press McElroy. Subtract one from Tebows votes. Sorry.

You all know that Rex is going to start Sanchez next game.

Question then is, who replaces him when he gets benched yet again ? If Tebow is healthy, does he get the nod ? Or does McElroy ?

Keep in mind....Rex did not commit to Sanchez in the press conference....

I think McElroy gets the start...Tebow plays the "Wildcat" aka QB dive for 1 yard...

I would start Tebow (if healthy). If not, McElroy.

Most Fans would start McElQuack.

Rex will start Sanchez.

Against Jax, I think they have to start McElroy ... give the guy a reasonably easy start to his playing time against a poor team. If need be you can always sprinkle in more Tebow if it gets ugly.

Not starting McElroy would be pure insanity.

Not pulling Sanchez much earlier in the season was insanity as well. So, you can't use that to judge what Rex will or won't do

Hmm... now that the Jets are still alive in the playoff race it's hard to say what Rex/Sparano might do. I think they'll probably start Sanchez but with the very first mistake or inability to move the team they'll bench him and put McElroy in.

I don't think the jets are ready to commit to the spread offense yet, IMO it's the reason tebow hasn't been considered as the starter

have no way to prove it, but if Tebow had been healthy today, I'm sure that Rex would have put him in.

There was that look that said "**** it, enough is enough, put the #2 in."
'
Also, I do believe that Tebow would have little problem running the offense as it's currently drawn up.

I'd start Tebow. He is the best QB on the roster despite his current status as the #2 QB.

Note: Congrats to Greg McIlroy on a successful NFL debut.

Tebow should be put on ir or deactivated the remainder of the season.

This, Tebow just gives us the best chance to win and that is all I want right now. Elroy is not our future why give him a shot he has earned IMO. Build Tebows value so you can trade him for the love of god. If he is on this roster next year because no one would give us value I just will not know what to say.
