One other benefit from trading Revis

What is he goes FA and signs with the Patriots? How dramatically will that upgrade their defense? How amazing would it be to watch him shut down the Jets twice a year? Maybe a pick 6 on Sanchez? He could even win a ring with Brady, O the Joy.

For those who say the Pats can't afford him, they let Welker go and save 9.5 million right there. The Jets trade him, they can pick where he goes. Send him to the NFL so you only play him once every 4 years.

The Pats do not need Revis to make the Jets look bad. I can't see him going to the Pats. Not within their normal pay scale or way of doing things.

Cornerbacks do not help teams, that position is as important as fullback or personal punt protector. Trade Mevis now, even for a 7th round pick in 2020

Exactly. Revis is looking for a major payday. Pats don't pay the amounts that Revis is looking for.
