Flight to San Diego

I missed a chance at real low prices through Jetblue ($99 each way from JFK). Now the price has soared. Besides the obvious .coms where can I find some cheap flights to San Diego? Hope some of you frequent travelers can help. Thanks

If you can fly out of McArthur (Islip), Southwest is usually pretty resonable.

If you are travelling less than 2 weeks from now, expect to get screwed.

If you are willing to drive fly into the airports around Los Angeles. I believe, though not sure, Ontario, Ca. is close and has some really cheap flights.
