I start 1 QB a week and I'm in need of WR badly.
I have Aaron Brooks, Chad Pennington, and David Carr I have 2 trades offered as of now. Chad Pennington for Joe Horn or David Carr for Steve Smith I'm almost positive I'm going with Steve Smith but just looking for a 2nd opinion. |

Flip a coin. Carr has a ton of offensive weapons this year too and might make some real noise. Pretty tough decision to make in all honesty. Depending on your starting WRs I might look into trading Brooks for a lesser WR and just use him in emergency situations.

If you absolutely want to make either trade Id say do the Carr for Smith without hesitation. I think having Pennington and Brooks as a backup or vice versa is a bigtime advantage. Smith is better than Horn at this stage and you're giving up a lesser fantasy talent in Carr.
Question, what are your WRs currently? Also, some sleepers Id recommend: David Terrell Andre Davis Reggie Williams Most of those guys are available in my 12 yahoo leagues Yes, 12...Im addicted and a bit bored while doing my job search since I graduated college

I see the two wideouts as vitual equals, yet Chad will put up better numbers. Do the Carr for Smith deal.

Smith for Carr is the no-brainer, I certainly hope the rest of your team looks better!

With a 10 person league its pretty hard to grab a top tier WR before RB and QB.
My RB's are LT, Dom Davis, Thomas Jones and Chris Brown. |
