well, perhaps i'd be happier if cole werent such a **** and thus we could keep him around, seeing as he's the best left back in England, if not the world, but hey, least we got something for him... |

oh yeah...and the gunners also traded Jose Reyes for Brazilian Julio Baptista (from Real Madrid)...
and if sooth hadnt created the soccer forum i sure as hell would have started a "JOSE REYES TRADED!!!" thread on the main board... |

A great bit of business by Arsenal, IMHO. Gallas is a great player, and Arsenal needed a good central defender after selling Sol Campbell to Portsmouth. The got £5million from Chelsea also as part of the deal.
They got rid of Reyes too, who was always running off crying to the press. |
