Chelski win first trophy of season

2-1 over the Gooners kids team. Pretty good game, though it degenerated in the second half, 3 sent off in the 90th minute, and this little kick put John Terry in hospital.

In the background, why is Baptista doing a jig?

not a tough loss to digest...arsenal was starting an inexperienced squad against a team of superstars, and in the end the difference proved to be only didier drogba...its tough to talk about moral victories, but really, when your average age in midfield is 18 and you manage to shut down chel$ki for a significant portion of the game, you have to be proud of the way the young gunners performed the entire tournament...

that being said, it was bull**** that adebayor got sent off, since it was actually eboue who smacked wayne bridge...i dont see how it would have made a difference, seeing as the match was almost over at that point, but you never know...

yeah, but he hasnt been anything special...though he did score the first goal of the match, so hopefully that'll serve as a nice confidence boost...
