St. John's has been bad basically since Louie left, they came bakc w/ good recruiting from Fraschilla and Jarvis di well w/ Fran's recruits but overall they cannot compete b/c of the facilities although I think they are building some nrew facilities.

If SJU can't make the BE Tourney this year w/ the BE as bad as it is then Roberts should be fired. They never should have hired him over Doherty.



the sad thing about duke is that SJU is basically the marquee non-conf game as the old rat never schedules tough non-conf games anymore b/c he so desperately wants to pass Dean in wins.

St. john's lost by 40 on their home floor to a mid of the pack ACC team, athletic in the BE and athletic in the ACC are very different.

All the recruits except for Boothe and Thomas suck. Cavataio is St Francis Prep trash. Norm shouldn't be the coach and if your happy with just making the BET you only show how far its fallen. Tom Pecora should coach ST. Johns hed improve the program a lot. By the way, what does Seton Fall even mean?

Tom Pecora Lost to gMason in Colonial & did not make NCAA with 3 very good guards! Pecora is losing his luster after getting bounce by Depaul in Nit.

Johnies should be a powerhouse as NY basketball is a powerhouse. Youre right if they ditch Norm they should go after a name coach but Pecora has HUGE NYC connections hed be a nice fit for a top BE basketball school.
