When have the French surrendered easily? Yeah, their strategy against the Germans in WW2 proved a complete failure, but I seem to remember a lot of Brits jamming aboard the last bus out of town as well.

Seeing as she has a head like a beaten favourite (ie, a horse) if she 'surrendered' to me I would be running in the other direction very quickly.
