God Bless every sound minded voting American to VOTE
for John McCain for President a True American with No terrorists as friends!
So what do you think about John McCain helping to give 450,000 to Rasheed Kaledi, a PLO spokesman whom people from The McCain campaign tried to tie to Obama?

Sounds to me like not only does John McCain "pal around" with terrorists...he actually helps to fund them! That's nuts...a true American hero helping fund people who are out killing soldiers. It's deplorable.

excellent post. It highlights the most tragic example of hypocrisy. The people that are claiming to be "for" the troops are the ones that sold the Iraqi lies to the American people. It is very reasonable to show John Wayne in the clip, who was known as one of the biggest racists. And here was a man that ran around for the government during the vietnam war era going to pro-war rallies staged by the government and bad mouthed the people who spoke out against that abomination of a war that claimed over 50,000 American soldiers and countless innocent civilians in Vietnam.

By the way, Here is a little known fact brought to you by our friends at Fox News: We all know how many in the government hate to see/hear celebrities speak out against their policies. You can often hear them complaining that these celebrities "should just shut up and entertain". People such as the dixie chicks, bruce springsteen, tim robbins, barbara steisand are abusing their power.

Yet its perfectly okay for celebrities such as Dennis Miller, Elvis presley, jon voight, john wayne and every country singer not named the dixie chicks to preach on about everything from national security to the economy. See if you can figure out why?

Because a majority of Americans agree with their views/don't feel like they're being condescended to? :dunno:

Country music sucks. It's the official music of flaming homo cowboys. Anyone who listens to it obviously loves to hide the sausage.

Hey, that really depends.

If you're talking about the likes of Garth Brooks and Toby Keith then yes, they really should be taken outside and shot twice, while their fans should enjoy some american hospitality at Gitmo, until they get a resemblance of a musical taste and/or a functioning brain.

However, if you're talking about Hank Williams, Gram Parsons, Townes van Zandt, Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash, then you're wrong. Which doesn't seem to happen often, I might add.
