Is the problem deeper?
Mangini? Favre? Sutton?
There is no way the blame for the crumble from the AFC elite to a joke falls on one man. Looking back, it seems that every aspect of the game disintegrated right in front of our eyes. My best example is special teams. Westoff is highly respected and even his teams looked like garbage, especially today. Blocked kicks, any fake against us seemed to be a guaranteed first down, even the big KO returns slowed down. Are we missing some major problem with this team? Is it really Mangini, or did the whole Favre thing divide a locker room? |

our offensive struggles, especially the last few weeks, has Schottenheimer's name all over it. We had a good Offensive line, decent wrs, and good runninbg backs. I read a stat today in the gameday book. Brett Favre ranked LAST in Yards Per Pass Attempt!! LAST! Schottenheimer never took advantage of a stronger arm than Pennington. That was our problem last year. We couldn't stretch the field and all we did was 5 yard outs and curls, etc. We didnt change the offense to blend it with Favre. I know Favre's arm isn't as good as it once was but Schottenheimer had no idea what to do after our Short Passing game was exposed in the Denver game

Mangini is the problem, and all Woody cares about is lining his pockets, Favre was only brought in to promote PSL'S
